Southern Federal University invites you to take part in the V International Conference «Innovative Trends in International Business and Sustainable Management» ITIBSM-2025.

The ITIBSM-2025 Conference is a platform for the exchange of ideas and experience, the start of new cooperation and lasting partnerships.

The conference in 2025 is dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the Southern Federal University and the 10th anniversary of the Department of Innovation & International Management, which staff has made an important contribution to the establishment of a school at the Faculty of Management, that is a stronghold of management science in the South of Russia and dynamically responds to new challenges.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM

The global changes that are taking place in the orld since 2020 are fundamentally changing both the entrepreneurial environment and companies’ approaches to management. One of the main consequences of global transformations are mobile
fluctuations in the global business landscape, international capital and labor, new, primarily digital, technologies, and knowledge markets. The result is the emergence of more opportunities as well as more threats. Obviously, all this poses new challenges for managers, when business success, sustainability of organizations’ management, and
their competitive advantages largely depend on the development and transformation of traditional business models, rather than on the simple use of internal factors of extensive growth.

Companies are forced to change their development strategies and business models, which actualizes new research priorities in the field of international business and sustainable management: completely new subject areas of research are being
formed; management guidelines are being transformed; new business development tools are being developed; the system of academic research itself is changing.

International Conference «Innovative Trends in International Business and Sustainable Management» is devoted to the discussion of these and other issues related to all major areas of international business development and sustainable management.

Global Environmental Change and Nature Saving Management.

To participate in the conference it is necessary to fill in the registration form until November 1, 2025.

REGISTRATION

The forms of participation in the Conference:

— presentation of the scientific results in-person, virtual (online), or in absentia;

— participation in the Youth Forum of the conference with presentations (for students).
The conference will include the implementation of an additional educational program for advanced training “Innovative Trends in International Business and Sustainable Management” (72 hours).

Participant Certificates:

— Conference participants who present papers will receive speaker certificates (in electronic format);

— Participants in the additional professional development program will receive state-issued certificates Conference Proceedings Materials that have successfully passed the review process will be published in the conference proceedings with article-by-article indexing in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) (article formatting requirements are provided in Appendix). Only original research materials in Russian and English will be accepted for publication. The proportion of authentic author text must be at least 80%.
Articles for publication in the RSCI collection that meet the requirements, must be sent to itibsm@sfedu.ru by November 20, 2025.
Individual author’s materials can be published during the year by a foreign publishing house in English in a thematic collection with the possibility of indexing in international abstract databases. For publication issues,
please contact the conference organizing committee’s email address.
The cost of reimbursement of publication expenses and participation in the advanced training program is 2500 rubles (per 1 participant). Publication is free for students.

YOUTH FORUM

Youth Forum (in Russian) will be held in person with live streaming on the online platform Students of any field, whose scientific and practical interests include the main issues of the conference, are invited to participate.
